The Future is Bright …

Project Graduation is highly praised and appreciated by McKinney teachers, parents, administrators, and local law enforcement, but it is not directly associated with the school district. This program is solely run and supported by local volunteers, parent groups and booster clubs, and businesses here in McKinney. This means community and business support is vital to making Project Graduation a success!

As McKinney has grown, so has the cost of hosting Project Graduation. This year we estimate it will take more than $130,000 for games, food, security, paramedics, DJs, shirts and other expenses to make the event successful.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Valedictorian – $10,000 or more

  • Primary logo placement on back of t-shirt (given to 1,900+ students)
  • Logo at up to 4 locations at Project Graduation event
  • 8’ Table at Project Graduation event
  • Logo included in all communication regarding Project Graduation
  • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms
  • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Salutatorian – $5,000 or more

  • Primary logo placement on back of t-shirt (given to 1,900+ students)
  • Sponsorship of one activity or event with logo displayed
  • 8’ Table at Project Graduation event
  • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms
  • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Summa Cum Laude – $2,500 or more

  • Logo on back of t-shirt (given to 1,900+ students)
  • Sponsorship of one activity or event with logo displayed
  • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms
  • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Magna Cum Laude – $1,000 or more

  • Logo on back of t-shirt (given to 1,900+ students)
  • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms
  • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Cum Laude – $500 or more

  • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

Project Graduation is also in need of raffle items and gift cards given out to students throughout the night and volunteers for the night of the event.

Prizes

Computers, televisions, sunglasses, video games, appliances, purses, jewelry, gift cards and gift baskets are just a few examples of prizes. We’ve created an Amazon WISH LIST to make it easier for you to donate prizes for our graduates.

Volunteer

Join us and help us make this a night to remember. We will need volunteers to set up and clean up, to check-in grads, and in every activity such as casino tables, bingo room, inflatables, prize tables and food stations.
